Title: Enrichment of Heritability across Several Hypertension Related Traits

Abstract: The study is interested in identifying the possible differences of enrichment of heritability across single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) contributing to different hypertension related traits, using the Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) summary statistics while considering the heterogeneity effects.
The method of Cross-Phenotype Association (CPASSOC) is employed to identify the contribution of the whole genome SNPs to three traits: Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP), Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP) and Hypertension (HTN). Then all the SNPs are grouped by the contribution to different combinations of the traits. The stratified LD score regression is used to partition heritability from GWAS summary statistics. Different enrichments between combinations are expected to be detected.
Another goal of this study is to compare the CPASSOC test statistic under the widely accepted additive assumption and it under a more general ANOVA model.
