As of October 2019, Dr. Calvetti has joined the SIAM Book series on Mathematical Modeling and Computation, and as of December 2019 – the editorial board of the SIAM REVIEW. She was recently featured in a SIAM article, The Unique Aspects of Writing a Book, where she contributed reasons on what motivates her to write a book.
