Case Western Reserve University students made an impressive showing at this year’s Mathematics Association of America’s Ohio Spring Conference, held at Baldwin Wallace University. Three teams from the university took the top three places in the highly competitive Leo Schneider Competition. The competition is an annual event that challenges undergraduate students to solve a series of complex mathematical problems.

 

 

The CWRU teams that took the top three positions:
1st place: Param Mohapatra, Sam Reeder, Jonathan Willcutt
2nd place: Silas Hicks, Jackson Bauer, Jonathan Agrinya
3rd place: Shivani Shah, Emily Ye, Nathan Hall
